At Little Loom SG, every item is handcrafted and uniquely personalised to your specifications. Because of the custom nature of our products, we have a strict All Sales Final policy.

Please review your personalisation details (spelling, dates, color choices) carefully before placing your order.

1. Returns and Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size ordered, or errors in spelling/design made by the customer. Since each piece is made to order, we cannot resell these items.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

While we do not offer returns for personal preference, we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item (e.g., wrong colour or misspelling caused by our team), please contact us immediately.

- Timeframe: You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

- Proof: Please email customers@littleloomsg.com with your Order Number and clear photos of the damage or error.

Resolution for Defective Items: Upon verifying the issue, we will offer one of the following at our discretion:

1. A strictly prioritised replacement sent to you at no additional cost.

2. A full refund to your original payment method.

3. Order Cancellations

Our creative process begins shortly after you place your order.

- Cancellations: You may request a cancellation within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund.

- After 12 hours, or once production has begun, we cannot accept cancellations or changes to the design.

4. Refunds (If Applicable)

If a refund is approved due to a defect or error on our part, it will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
