Shipping Info

For personalised orders, we will take 7-10 working days to ship your orders.

For ready-made orders, we will take 3-5 working days to ship your orders. 

Once package has been shipped, they cannot be re-called or re-directed. Undelivered items will be returned to us. We will not be responsible for lost packages shipped due to wrong address provided. Hence, please ensure the delivery address provided is correct. 

Re-shipping incurs a S$12.00 fee for postage and handling. 


Shipping Methods

Courier Shipping

We only ship locally within Singapore. Domestic shipping will be charged at a flat rate of $5. 

For orders more than $60 will enjoy free shipping. 

Pick Up

We offer pick up option at the following locations:

  • Yew Tee MRT Station
  • Bedok Reservoir View
  • Tengah
  • Bukit Batok 

We will reach out to you once the order is ready to arrange a pick up date and time.
